Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened item in its original box, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked postal service to send your package to our designated returns processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
